By booking a session, creating an account, or otherwise accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and paying clients.

The Confidence Club provides coaching, mentoring, and personal development services. All services are offered for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. You are encouraged to seek professional support where appropriate.

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in GBP and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session will receive a full refund or credit
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable
• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances with reasonable notice

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during our sessions. Personal disclosures will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

All materials, content, frameworks, and resources provided as part of our services are the intellectual property of The Confidence Club and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We process data in compliance with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Confidence Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify clients by email. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
